Portraits | Luminograms.
This is a series about how photography is the only thing left of people, after they were sent to concentration camps during WWII.
I used glass negatives / photocopy / luminograms (Louis Lumiere paper exposed to a direct light from a match) / Digital photography and ink.
While I have created the final images, I have to acknowledge that I am not the author of the original glass negatives.
The glass negatives are from an unknown photographer from northern France.
